My journey has been shaped by profound initiations. A traumatic brain injury in 2013 sparked the creation of my visual meditation
art.

And in 2020, I began healing from spiritual abuse-reclaiming my voice, energy, and identity from a system I was born into. These moments didn't break me.

A near-fatal RV accident in 2017 shattered my hip and spine, my memory, and my sense of safety.


They clarified my purpose. Now, I use the tools of breath, energy, movement, and creativity to help others realign with their infinite
